Doug is becoming an historic performer of improvised music in Portland and has worked with musicians from all over the world since the 1980’s. His mastery of piano may be what he is best known for, but it does not discount his capacity to play all reed instruments, including clarinets. A true renaissance man, he owns and operates an artist space called Warehouse 640, on SE Stark St, where he offers a range of services.
